These terms cover your use of PlannerDock. By using the app, you agree to them.
PlannerDock is provided as a tool for personal and professional planning. You may use it freely within these terms. Because there is no account, you are responsible for the device and browser where your data is stored.
Your planning data lives in your browser. We cannot access, recover, or restore it for you. Keeping your own backups is the only way to protect against data loss from clearing browser storage, device failure, or similar events.
You agree to use PlannerDock lawfully and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service. See the Acceptable Use Policy for specifics.
We aim to keep PlannerDock available and working, but it is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties. The app may change, and features may be added or removed.
To the extent permitted by law, PlannerDock and its makers are not liable for any loss of data or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Because your data is local and unrecoverable by us, please keep backups.
Paid tiers are planned but not currently active. When introduced, additional terms and the Refund Policy will apply to them.
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
