PlannerDock currently processes no payments. This policy describes how refunds will work once paid plans are introduced.
The app is free today and there is no checkout. Nothing can be purchased, so there is nothing to refund at this time.
When Plus or Business plans become available, we intend to offer a straightforward refund window for new subscriptions, details of which will be published here before any payments are accepted.
Regardless of any plan, your planning data stays local and exportable. A subscription would unlock additional features, not custody of your data.
