The Best Way to Organize Tasks That Do Not Have Deadlines

Tasks without deadlines quietly accumulate. Nothing forces a decision, so they sit — and the pile itself becomes discouraging to look at.
Give them a home, not a due date
Not everything needs a deadline, but everything needs a place. Use categories or a project to group undated work by theme, so you can pull from the right pile when you have the time and energy for it.
Pull, don't push
Instead of assigning undated tasks to specific days in advance, pull one or two into today when there's room. This keeps the list from feeling like a set of broken promises and lets your actual capacity decide.
